The clock struck 12!

“It just came from above, like in that movie Arrival”, Amanda said.

Stacey was looking at and admiring the big wooden clock which, supposedly, fell from the sky right in front of Amanda’s house. Stacey used to visit Amanda every Sunday with her son, who was playing around the clock.

Suddenly, they heard a loud bell from the clock. Rory, Stacey’s son called out, “Look mom, the clock struck 12!” She looked at Rory.

The ground beneath him started shaking.
